6x 3 on / 2 off again. Not nearly as fast. cool and raining and the way I dressed I as overheating during the intervals and cold in the cooldown. . Overran the first one and just tried to stay smooth and strong through the rest but the right hamstring got achey and tight so just did what I could. I should note the HR did not get as high as it did last time I did this session so I probably should have pushed more. My other point is last time this was on the trail which is almost totally flat, today had a small incline which peaked about 120m in going west and about 180m in going east and VO2max intervals uphill kinda suck.
