calling this easy easy I started at a shuffle and eventually progressed to low Z3 before doing 4x:10 hill sprints
Side note Blood pressure seems to be low and I'm noticing when getting up from lying down this morning and yesterday. Very strange. perhaps related to being out super late Sat night?? and I need to catch up on sleep? Who knows.
note: Out of beer in the house, I plan to keep it that way
note 2: Trying intermittent fasting (14/10). Didn't eat this morning, took a gel before the run (ucan), very good tasting. Very full after about 650 calories at lunch (salad + sushi) and trying to add rice and chicken but I'm too full. I'm not sure this is the right approach for me, but I'll give it a fair shake. Mostly I just want to end the evening snacking.
note 3: did tons of neural flossing before this and while I could feel the hamstring, it didn't cause problems
note 4: not doing much xtraining right now because of family.
yesterday: 2.5 horus tennis w/ the boys!!
today: Landon's xc meet and a marching band show
tomorrow: choral concert.
