20 min EZ. Felt the piriformis at the end, made sure to focus on activating the glute / hammy.

After that did 4x8ish sec hill sprints then 4x25sec strides with longish walks in between all of it. Finished off with carioca and then some sideways jumping jacks since I snapped the band that I use to do banded side shuffles.
