3x1.5 mi w/ Jason Pacing trying to hit 6:40...
first wow holding form with the right leg is the real challenge but there's some serious lactate buildup and breath issues from 1-1.5 miles. Yes, this was 8k-10k effort but in rep 3 I hit the equalizer, slowed cause it's a big hill, got annoyed , took a 15 second break then got at it for another half mile. Shrug. I always hear about people whose stride length shrinks as they get tired but in my case it feels like that's fine and my hips tighten up and I cannot maintain cadence. odd.
