started super easy. Turned directly into the wind in mile 3 and the hamstring/calf acted up. I didn't feel like I was running faster but the effort level shot up (reflected by HR). Probably going to need a few days off for the calf & hammy to heal. Note that I was really sore from the weightlifting yesterday... I had forgotten what DOMs feel like.
