6:23/mile "on" pace !!!
I feel like I held back a bit but the last couple were hard. Was focusing on a 3k-5k effort and long distance form not sprinting and these rather felt like long slightly relaxed strides.
First half into the wind (ugg) second half with. Wish I'd seen more 6:low in the first half but what can you do?
