I'm not sure that easy/easy bricks have any value but that wasn't the goal here (also HR?? really... so unreliable in the cold). I'm just wanting to double my runs to gently increase mileage but I also want to maintain the xtraining / triathlon readyness (dubious because I haven't been able to swim in weeks). Not sure I trust the sleep estimates on the coros, especially the deep sleep which claimed only 4 minutes but it is trending worse since I started drinking and watching the Wolves so time to reign that in again.
