4x strides (slightly downhill - Peace church) stride just didn't feel smooth until rep 4

4x 8 sec hill sprint. Slower than they used to be just getting to Greg's driveway not his mailbox. Last two on the other side of street to balance out the camber.

Stride is still slightly asymetric but when I focused on it I could feel the forefoot tripod of big toe , inside ball of foot, outside ball of foot and I think that helped lead the toe off properly.

Only the very last rep felt like an all out sprint the others were 98% or so.
