What a wierd Thorsday.

1. woke up at midnight w/ Piper and ate pizza. Saw the stove and thought it was 330... ugg. Thankfully no caffeine so I went back to sleep

2. Couldn't poop pre or mid run and the stomach wasn't feeling terribly good. (had one more slice at 330 as well as a cup of tea). I think I was dehydrated

3. super muggy and warm today

4. ran w/ Brandon until the equilizer when I had to stretch the rt calf (sigh). Ran slower after that and had to walk on double hill after my second fall. The headlamp started dying at the spillway.. epically bad timing. Next week I'd like to run the whole thing.

5. Got 2 hr of running in, so goal met!

6. sinus infectino is 90% gone, just a tiny amount of tightness in the chest and pressure in the left ear.

I really need to figure out what's different about PT versus the stretching I do at home as Saturday's always feel the best for the calf.
