Notes

Felt rundown yesterday so I opted for only a single activity, super easy jog for 40 min. Skipped all beer at chess and got in bed by 10PM. That said Piper woke me up in the middle of the night but despite some poor metrics, I feel way better today.

min HR 40 (eh? I really think that's the min this will record)

6 hour AVG at wake = 46 !!!! (excellent, this is where I really notice no beer for multiple days)

Lactate Threshold: 164 (interesting as my Z4 zone is 165-175 but I cannot hold steady there while I can if I roll 160-165, see Monday's progression)

Fitness Level 45.2 (whatever this means... it's near the top of their Recreational Athlete range for males, and low Advanced Athletes for females)
