Treadmill 6E w 6strides interspersed.
First mile 6.8mph, second 6.9, 3-5 7.0, last half mile progression to 8
strides 9.5, 10, 10, 10, 10.2, 10.5 mph
Felt really good at first, then rt calf got sore. After that rt hip tightened up. Accidentally stopped the mill at 1.9 miles and things felt great after that but it gradually reoccurred.
