3x[200R+200R+400R w/ equal length recovery jog]
Meant to do 4 reps but had major DOMs after squatting yesterday and decided less is more.
My left hammy was actually sore this morning and that never happens not to mention my right achilles niggling. I probably should have pushed the workout back a day but I felt good after 2 miles of warmup.
Oh yeah, TShirt and shorts was great but I really needed gloves out there.
Final note: The geese don't mess with you when you're running 6:00/mile pace.
