loops in the Wanatee off leash dog area. ~15 min WU followed by 3x3 uphill strides (SE corner, NW corner, NE corner snaking up, small loop at the S end between sets). legs had some nice pop but the watch was reporting super high HR readings that didn't really lower in between hills.Shrug. RPE was asolid 3 during warmup and 4-5 with the strides.
