1 min a little harder
jog to track
3 loops of stride the straights jog the curves. Started out a little hot, meant to work down from 5k effort but hit mile right off the bat. Oh well.
barefoot diagonal accellerations. Mile > 800 > last 10m best effort. Really noticed when sprinting that the left leg plants a lot longer than the right. It doesn't just pop off the ground.
Jog home - rt achilles a little sore. Something to watch.
I really focused on relaxed form today. Which worked well mostly but the right shoulder got tense a couple times.
