Return of the McPIT! Morgan Creek Progressive Interval Tuesday (Props to Chris for the naming rights)
rest was a bit variable, more of the make sure we're ready for the next lap rather than a specific amount of time. Felt strong the whole time and did another progression despite not meaning to. Figured we'd do the first one at 7:10 pace and the rest at 7 flat but.... 7:08, 6:45, 6:34, 6:36 (pace/mile, not total times)
