Stupid windy. 20mpw w/ 30mph gusts. So I ran the tempo around Cedar lake to get some headwind and tailwind.
roughly 1E + 3T + 4 min jg + 3T + 1E
Second interval wasn't feeling too bad aerobically but my right hammy was tightening up so I was just managing that.
Also have a bruise at the front of my right foot from yesterday that was hurting by the end. Might be time to take a day or two off.
