still love these shoes. Squaw Creek trails, just stayin chill, low effort (by effort, HR wasn't too bad). STride was a little stiff early, opened up nicely around 40 minutes in lol. The body must think I'm training again after workout Monday and hill sprints Tuesday.

Need to get better sleep, stayed up prepping trivia and drinking beer, singing along to Hamilton and only got 5.5 hours and I felt it this morning. Overnight HR 46 Que Mal.
