note: Yesterday was a crazy amount of fueling staring w/ breakfast burritos, China King lunch (ate half), spaghetti & meatballs & sushi dinner, oreos + 2beer and chips at chess.

pre-Thorsday: Peach (60) + toast /w margarine + Lemon Venom = 260

Post Thorsday: Body Armor w/ electrolytes (180) = 440

Breakfast: sausage, egg, cheese on a croissant (400), coffee = 840
