Notes

Haven't done this in awhile so....

First off foot feels fine after yesterdays treadmill!!! I'll monitor it for a bit I'm hoping it's not just the really good pain pills doc gave me.

Diet has been both crap and awesome. Awesome in that I'm eating a lot of veggies and protein. Crap in that I'm getting a lot of beer, pizza, cake and assorted other crap foods that have been sitting around and so I'm not losing weight. I'll need to watch what happens if I keep restricting carbs like this (I imagine lunch w/o carbs is no issue as we always have some during dinner, but I'll watch anyway).

Feeling pretty happy with the weight lifting, weights have been going up but the presses are starting to stall so I may have to shift to barbell rather than dumbbell to get the 2.5lb increments. My big todo is not just to keep adding weight but I need the single leg variants (squat and DL) reintroduced. Unfortunately this will add time to the session ... =(

Hamstring strength work (i.e. Glute Ham raise) would also be a good choice rather than always doing calf raises
