2 laps around Cedar Lake tempo. Plan per Aimee was 3 miles @ 7:15 (oops went out a touch hot) then a final mile below 7. My calf was hurting a little so I dropped at ~3.2 after 2 loops. Still a good workout and a much better result than my injury would have allowed pre-PT.
