basically mile repeats but in fartlek fashion. Meant to attempt a strava segment but the gate was closed and it wasn't plowed. Mile quickWU, a little faster back to start followed by rest- mile-rest-mile -rest - quick CD. Lots of fun and while the hammy/calf weren't perfect they were pretty good.
