Horse trail tempo @ Squaw Creek - 1 loop around the outsideish. Next time run it backwards so you start with the flats and end with the hills!

Wow after yesterday's whine this just felt good. Took it easy on the warmup, did some strides then just found a comfortably hard pace and held it with some exceptions for the hills. Right leg started to have a few issues on the final straightaway but that's clear progress. Continued to focus on foot dorsiflexion while running.

right leg dorisiflexed up and out feels a bit funky/tingly. Up and in feels fine as does straight up.
