Super windy. Couldn't stride out w left leg and rt hammy started feeling it. Got stronger as wo progressed however.
CV paces based on my recent 5k are 4:15/km and base on my mile time are 3:57/km. My goal today was to start at 5k equivalent and work down to the mile equivalent if I could. I didn't quite get there but that's ok. Wind was brutal on the back straight & curve and rest should have been 80 seconds instead of 60 (shrug).
