Soooo much wind 2T + 4x200R w/ 200jg
first T mile into the wind ~7:27, brought average down to 7:14 so the second was better
first and fourth R with the wind, 2 and 3 into the wind.
Legs were sore and didn't feel great going into this but they held up. I don't believe any of the HR stuff anymore, it clearly needs a new battery I most ran this one by feel.
