Notes

Treadmill... yuck

Hammy gave some twinges so I shortened my stride and made it narrower but that aggravated the ITBand and hip. Ugg this is crazy. Feels like I have the left hip elevated when right foot is planted. Gonna work on the SLRDL again to try and control the hip better.
