Notes
Today I went to Matt's and played Halo for a while. I ran down Lebanon, towards Starbucks, and then went left, right on Twightwee, eventually to River Road. I followed that for a while until it came out on West Loveland. I went to Nisbet, then home via W. Loveland. It felt pretty fast today, but I guess it wasn't. There was some pressure/mild pain in my chest around my sternumafter a few miles, but it didn't last very long. I had a bunch of Grippo's barbecue chips at Matt's, so my stomach didn't feel very good. The mission trip is next week, and I hope I'll be able to get a run in every day. Maybe soon this fast won't feel that bad.
