From home to McCoy Park up by Hanna and back. It was really hot, middle of the day. 2 big hills, Broadway and West Loveland on the return. I took a break of at least 5 minutes when I got to McCoy to try and cool off. I was sweating a lot and didn't wear my shirt for the way back. Coach honked and me and gave me a thumbs up as I was going up W. Loveland.
