I ran with varsity on the track. We did 400s, and I thought I was going at their pace, 75s, because Coach didn't say anything. After 4 or 5, he told me that 75-80 was fine for me, as they were doing 1:11-1:15's. After 7 or 8, I tried to "stretch" my IT band, which was a stupid idea because it made my knee pop and hurt really bad. I still ran the last ones, and it felt fine, but it hurt a couple times walking after the workout. I stayed around 1:16 for the repeats, and again I'm worried if this will tire me out on Saturday.
