Notes
This was supposed to be an easy workout because FAVC is this week. I didn't feel very good and it was kind of hard. We had 3:30 rest, which is much more than usual. My knees hurt on 2 and 3 but I stretched between them and they felt better. It was also hot and unpleasant outside. I stayed mostly under 2:40, the target, but I still was tired. I didn't get much sleep last night or the previous because of homecoming, and I don't know why I stayed up so late last night.
