Notes

This was a somewhat easy workout day. We were going to do 4 1600ms on the track, but Coach cut it short to 3 because people weren't feeling good (everyone is getting sick) and it was hot and I don't know why else. Our group for the first one was Joe, Talbot, Mike, Matt O, Winston, and I, but everyone left our group to go with the "cool kids" in the 6:00 group. It was only Joe and I on the 3rd one, and we were starting to get tired. Then coach told us we were done, and that was a relief. My legs felt pretty good, but my left calf has been bothering me for a few days. I didn't really stretch at all after Saturday's race.
