400s were a little long, probably around 410-420 meters. The goal was the same as Monday, 16 @ 72-75 with 1:30 rest and 3:00 after eight. We couldn't hit the times; the best was probably 75 once or twice. I was guessing it was a little long because the effort really felt like Monday's. Right side of right foot below the leg bone hurts a little, iced.
