No idea what happened. I feel dead all over, legs are tight and hurt, generally beat up. Talbot says last week was way too hard, which i guess is true, but even after consecutive days off, I feel like shit all over. I might get a massage to get everything loosened up quickly, and probably take muscle relaxers and stretch... I'll go easy easy for the rest of the week probably, after all, 5 months until track......
