Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill is DEFINITELY out. I KNOW I'm running at a pace faster than 6 min kms but oh well. I just jogged no faster than 10kph for the first 15 mins then I did intervals at 12km and 14km per hour for a little while. Felt good by the time I'd finished.
