It's either an indication of how cold it is or maybe I'm just getting fitter, but it took a whole eight minutes for me to start sweating even slightly :-)

First ten minutes run at 10.5kph (still keeping strides shorter just in case), ten minutes at 11kph, five minutes at 11.5kph and the last five was run at 12.5kph. Max HR was 174bpm which I can't complain about at all :-)
