Having to take it easy because the right Achilles is STILL sore. Outside of left foot (close to the heel) is a little tender too although it's soreness is more so when I first get up in the morning. Both feet actually felt good for the first minute, but the Achilles started pulling then so I shortened my strides for several minutes which seemed to solve that particular problem. First ten minutes was at 10kph, 10.5kph for ten, 11kph for five and the last five was run at 12kph (which didn't strain the legs at all.......although the lungs felt like exploding lol). Max HR was 170bpm which isn't too bad. Will run again tomorrow.
