Notes
Ran a very slow one this morning. The hip was okay to start with but became more 'niggly' by about halfway. I slowed my pace to accommodate it and it didn't seem to get any worse. Walhalla run is tomorrow so I didn't want to push too hard. Massage is booked for this morning so hopefully that will help. Heart rate was okay for this one and I would've been able to go a lot faster (even on only 4 hours sleep!!).
