Notes
Hip was fairly niggly tonight and Keith really had to push me along. Didn't manage to beat Jenny Northe but was only one or two seconds behind. I don't think I could've pushed any harder than I did tonight. Hip is fairly sore now but is loosening up as the night goes on. Am a little disappointed I couldn't beat Jenny but I did the best I could on the day.
