Both achilles are sore from yesterday's 20km and I initially wasn't going to go hard, but I kept pace with Keith and felt really good for virtually all the run. I had to stop to tie a shoelace but managed to sprint and catch up with Keith. I slowed down a little for the last half of the second lap as both achilles were a little tender. This was the best time I've ever done and I wasn't running at 100% capacity. Bloody awesome!!!!
