10kpm for 2 mins as warm up then 11kpm x 1 min, 12kph x 2 mins, then back to 10km for 1 min. 1 min at 14kph at 15 min mark then 14kph again for last 2 mins 30. Leg was stretched twice in first ten mins and held up well.
