Had a bit of a stretch beforehand and massaged the legs with Dencorub. Ran intervals this time. Warmed up at 10kph for first 4 mins then ran 11kph x 1 min, 12kph x 2 mins, then 10kph x 1. Two sprints at 14kph were at 20 mins and 24 mins. Only stretched out twice in first 10-15 mins.
