Ran really slowly along Grubb Ave (Keith had A-fib) - pace was between 5.15 and 5.30. Am really pleased I managed to get my average pace down to 4.34, although I think a strong west/south-westerly helped along Grey and Breed. Hopefully will run or ride again tomorrow.
