Notes

No Keith for training buddy this time. Instead I had John riding his mountain bike alongside me (which is infinitely better than running on my own). Stopped the clock once to stretch and had one walk break (no clock stopping) - this is (I think) the fastest I've run so far (and geez.....didn't I feel it the next day when I got up to run with Keith. Sore muscles much lol).
