Right calf was tight for most of the day, to the point where I was limping for the first few hours of the day. I Deep Heated prior to the run and stretched, but it was still stiff. Was fine after the first 50 metres or so. Awesome run. Another PB. I don't know what I'm doing right, but I'm doing something because I'm regularly PB'ing. Just keep doing whatever it is I guess :-)
