Notes

I was a little tired this afternoon and nearly had a nanna nap instead of running. Glad I didn't because I need to burn off some of the chocolate calories from today (damn Cadbury's Favourites :-/ ). Sat on 11.5kph for probably 15 minutes, then upped speed to 12kph until the 25 minute point. Ran at 13kph for three minutes with the last two at 14kph. Would've liked a slightly faster pace but given that I've worked all day and was fatigued, I'm just happy I got off my arse instead of sitting inside eating :-)

Hopefully ride tomorrow.
