Notes
Not exactly a pleasant day for riding - was windy, slight rain, and a little chilly (had to wear longs AND a riding jacket today....grrrr). Keith had no A-fib which meant he led for most of it.....I'm pretty happy about that seeing as riding into a(strong) headwind sucks arse. Only did a short one today but I've managed to exercise four out of five days this week and I HAVE to be happy with that :-)
