Notes

Maximum HR of about 178bpm, although I felt much more tired tonight than I did Monday night. Had two stretch breaks but overall wasn't too bad. Sat on 12kph for first 8 mins, then 12.5kph for rest of run, except for the last 3 and a half mins when I sprinted at 14kph.
