Awesome AWESOME run. Think I was literally running on adrenaline/endorphins/excitement. Didn't warm up or stretch, ran at 12kph for first 10 mins, then upped to 12.5kph for rest of run. Had a sprint at 14kph for just over 3 mins. Legs held up REALLY well....no cramping, and only stopped once (at 19 min mark) for stretch. Excellent!!!!
