adidas Supernova Sequence Control
Warm up at 9.5kph then intervals from 3 mins......10kph for 1 min and 12kph for 2 mins. Ran at 14kph from 21-23 mins, then 12kph until 25. Was a little tired and initially wanted to run for 30 mins, but am happy with this one.
