9.5kph for 0-2 mins, 10kph for 2-4 mins then 12kph for 2 min intervals with 10kph for one min in between. Ran at 14kph for 2 mins (at 22 min mark) then 12kph for last minute. Very pleased with this and did it pretty easily.
