Notes
Very nearly didn't go out at all but decided to at the last minute (am pretty happy I have lights on my bike now seeing as it's dark so quickly). Slight Westerly which was great heading out to Glengarry, and we didn't seem to feel much of it when we turned back into Traralgon. Legs felt fairly strong although I'm not sure what my average HR was (didn't wear the monitor). Will run tomorrow.
